Comments as per previous MRF, #285 running stb fire pump using stb suction will cause sea water leakage in PT side engine room.. due to pitted and or corroded welds in the raw water suction line. Fire pump is operational in an emergency situation but to prevent sea water ingress to engine room, pump was only run using port suction for minimum duration to perform checks. Stb side main entry door will not stay affixed in the open position As per MRF #291 door securing latch not present Oil cooler raw water line on port side is leaking as pr MRF #293 Still awaiting order for 2 replacement emergency lighting bulbs for aft emergency lights..
