GLNG WILDLIFE SIGHTING FORM


All vessel crew are charged with the responsibility of keeping watch for Wildlife in Marine Transit lanes.
All crews are to continue to document and report loacations where wildlife have been sighted useing the Wildlife sighting form.
All crews are to reduce speed when wildlife are sighted and report via radio to other vessels.
If Wildlife strikes occur do not follow the animal, confirm no damage to vessel, instruct passengers of damage status.
Report strike to office including Lat and Long for forwarding to EPA. All crews must report sightings of stranded or floating dead marine fauna (especially Dugons, Turtles and Dophins) to the EPA Hotline 1300 130372
